Léa Estevez
Master 2 student
My name is Léa Estevez, and I am a second-year master’s student in speech therapy at Sorbonne University. I am supervised by Laurianne CABRERA in the completion of my final thesis.
My research focuses on statistical learning in 10-month-old infants based on acoustically degraded speech. This work aims to better understand the role of acoustic speech parameters in language acquisition and, more broadly, to improve our understanding of language development in infants with cochlear implants.
